How to use

Cold

1. Place clay pack in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Check temperature before applying.
3. Wrap a towel around the pack and then apply to the desired area.
4. Use for 20 minutes or less at a time.

Hot

1. Moisten a towel and wrap it around the clay pack.
2. Microwave clay pack for 20 seconds at 800W.
3. Check temperature before applying.
4. Add heat in 10 second intervals until the clay pack reaches the desired temperature.
5. Use for 20 minutes or less at a time.
