SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

When you buy from us, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, please contact customer care, within 30 days of your purchase, at 1-276-722-0584 or [email protected] so that we can make it right. If we made an error on your order, or if your product is defective, please call or email us to request a free return shipping label. 

 

All purchases made directly on Eusenses.com are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and do not apply to purchases made through other retailers, such as Amazon or Target. We recommend that you contact the retailers directly for return instructions. 

 

Instructions to Return Items purchased on Eusenses.com:

 

Step 1

Fill out the return info on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Download a copy of the return form.

Want to exchange it for the same or a different product? Let us know within 30 days of your purchase.

 

Step 2

Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. We encourage you to insure your package.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We'll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges. • Within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the original form of payment for online and phone purchases. Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.

Shipping & Rates

Eusenses.com ships to addresses in the United States, U.S. Territories and U.S. military installations. Shipments may be shipped by a variety of carriers, shipping rates will vary. FedEx is our primary delivery method but Eusenses.com may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. Orders are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. FedEx is unavailable to the following destinations: U.S. Territories, U.S. military installations and P.O. Boxes. For oversize/bulky orders, shipping rates may vary. Eusenses Customer Service will contact you to provide a shipping quote for approval (or you may call 1-276-722-0584).

Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated based on the weight of the products being shipped.

 

Shipping Time

Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. 

 

Oversize Charges

Because some large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, we have added a delivery surcharge; this charge is stated in the product's description and is in addition to regular delivery charges.

  

Freight Truck (LTL) delivery

We work with a variety of shipping companies to ensure the delivery of your order at the lowest cost to you! This is why your order was shipped via Freight Truck (LTL) instead of carriers like USPS, FedEx and/or UPS.

 

What is Freight Truck (LTL) delivery?

LTL stands for ’Less-Than-Truckload’ for a domestic shipment of pallets through a freight truck. By consolidating your order on pallet(s) and shipping via this method, we are able to keep your shipping costs low as opposed to billing you for multiple boxes/shipments. Depending on the number of pallets being shipped, more than one shipment may be necessary. LTL Shipments can be delivered to a home or business address.

As for any shipment, the cost of shipping pallets is based on the weight, number of pallets, distance, and if any other extra services are required for delivery.

 

When should you expect delivery?

Orders shipped via Freight Truck (LTL) usually can take up to 14 days for delivery. The freight company should contact you prior to delivery to schedule an appointment. These shipments are generally delivered with the following options; If you require one in particular, please let us know right away:

• Lift Gate / Curbside Service: The truck used for delivery is equipped with a lowering mechanism called a lift gate to lower the item(s) curbside or equivalent. You will be responsible to move the item(s) from there.
• Tailgate Delivery: The truck is parked at the nearest/safest location close to the delivery address. The delivery team is then responsible to move the item(s) to the tailgate (back) end of the truck. The customer receiving the product is responsible to unload item(s) from the truck. If this option is chosen and the customer is not able to remove the product(s) off the truck, re-delivery, storage and other service fees may be incurred.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. Please call us at 1-276-722-0584 if you require international shipping. 

 

When will my order ship?

Our goal is to process orders within 2-3 business days. 

 

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?

Duties and taxes will be collected with your shipping costs during checkout. Please note that those costs vary based on items in your cart and order totals.

 

Will you ship to an international P.O. box?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes in Canada or the US.

 

Can you adjust the value of my order?

No, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the order.

 

Can all items ship internationally? 

Unfortunately all 3rd Party and Dropship products on Eusenses.com cannot be shipped outside of the US. Those products will be noted on their product pages and any order containing these products will be immediately cancelled. 

 

What shipping methods can be used to ship to Canada?

We currently only offer DHL Express shipping to Canada which will take 2 business days to process, plus an additional 2 to 5 business days to arrive.

Eusenses accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to protect their materials. In addition, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Placing an Order

Placing an order with Eusenses is easy. Either make your purchase on Eusenses.com or simply call 1-276-722-0584 to place an order with a member of our customer care team. Please note that orders cannot be modified after they are successfully submitted.

 

Finding Items

Either enter the product number or keywords for the item that you are interested in purchasing into the search box by clicking the magnifying glass on the top right of the page, next to the shopping cart, or simply browse through our categories and use refinements under the “Filter” tab to narrow the results down to products that fit your needs. Click on the image of the item you would like to learn more about to get to the product detail page. Here you will find additional imagery, product description, available colors and sizes, customer ratings, and reviews.

 

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

When you are ready to make your purchase simply select size and color (if applicable) and click the “add to cart” button. If you would like to continue shopping, just select any of the category tabs at the top of the site or on the Eusenses logo to get back to the home page.

 

Checking Out

You can access your shopping cart simply by clicking on the cart link at the top right of the site. Review the items in your cart to make sure they are correct and make any changes necessary. You can update quantities and remove items from your shopping cart here. When you are satisfied with your selection, click the “checkout” button.

Provide the address to where you would like us to ship your order. Choose Your Shipping Method

Select the appropriate shipping method for how quickly you would like to receive your order. We offer FedEx SmartPost, Standard Ground FedEx service and FedEx 2-day service (if applicable to your location). For Canadian ship to locations only DHL will be offered.

 

Provide Payment Method

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You may also use a Eusenses Gift Certificate as a method of payment. Enter your gift certificate code in the checkout process where it says “Gift card or discount code”, then hit Apply. If you are using a debit card, your bank may deduct or set aside the necessary funds to cover the order for a period of up to 5 business days. Eusenses does not collect payment until the order has been shipped from our fulfillment center.

 

Review and Submit Your Order

Please double check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct, double check the items and quantities on the order, then hit the green Complete Order button. When the order is successfully submitted a confirmation email will be sent to you and the order information will be displayed on the screen.

 

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax for orders shipping to California, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Minnesota, North Carolina, Washington and Wisconsin. This will automatically be added to your order.

 

Redeeming a Coupon/Promotional Code

Any promotional offer code should be entered in the shopping cart. Codes cannot be used together, or with any other offers. Cannot be combined with wholesale discounts. Coupons and promotional codes cannot be used on previously purchased orders. 

 

Order Status

If you are a registered user, you can check your order status any time by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of the site. You will also receive an order confirmation email within minutes of submitting an order and a ship confirmation email with a tracking number when the order is processed and shipped.

 

Gift Packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping and packaging options at this time.

Order Ship Time

In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. If an item ships directly from the manufacturer, its extended lead time will be stated in the product description.

 

Order Delivery Time

FedEx SmartPost is 4-10 business days, Standard Ground FedEx is 3-5 business days. For Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, please allow about 10-15 business days. DHL to Canada will be approx. 4-7 business days.

 

APO/FPO Shipments

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, please contact us at 1-276-722-0584 or [email protected] for details. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

 

Oversized Shipping Charges

Because some large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. A surcharge is added to these items and will be noted on the product page as well during the checkout process. This charge is in addition to regular delivery fees.

 

International Shipping

At this time we only ship to the United States, its territories, and Canada.

RETURNS

Eusenses wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days of your purchase.
